Onya Nsor Ojiji is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with over two decades of experience spanning corporate administration, board governance, legal advisory, property management, and strategic leadership.

Before now, he served extensively as company secretary and legal adviser, providing governance support to the board of directors, managing high-level legal and regulatory matters, and coordinating strategic management functions. His career also includes legal practice experience in property law, litigation, contracts, and corporate advisory services.

He holds an LLB from the University of Jos and was called to the Nigerian Bar after completing the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mr. Ojiji has attended executive and professional programs at institutions including London Business School and Lagos Business School, with a focus on corporate governance, board effectiveness, and strategic management.
