Ohiomojie Henry Hammeed is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of progressive experience spanning financial analysis, audit and compliance, internal controls, strategic financial planning, treasury management, budgeting, financial modeling, accounting, and corporate finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calabar, where he graduated with Second Class Honours. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), further strengthening his expertise in financial leadership and strategic management.

Throughout his career, Ohiomojie has built strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury operations, compliance management, internal control systems, tax advisory, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. His professional background reflects a proven ability to drive financial discipline, strengthen control frameworks, and support institutional decision-making through sound financial management.

Prior to joining Duxbank MFB, he served as Head of Treasury Reconciliation at Jamec West Africa Group, where he provided leadership in treasury operations, reconciliation management, and financial control processes. He later held a leadership role in the Tax and Financial Advisory Unit at Momza Financial Consulting Firm, where he contributed to financial advisory, audit review, tax compliance, and strategic financial assignments for corporate clients.

As Financial Controller of Duxbank MFB, Ohiomojie provides strategic oversight for the Bank’s financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, internal financial controls, regulatory compliance, and overall financial performance management.
