Felicia Chimdi-Lamberts is an experienced banking operations professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in banking operations, transaction management, compliance, customer service delivery, and process optimization within Nigeria’s financial services sector.

She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Management from the University of Calabar, providing her with a strong academic foundation in data analysis, administrative management, and strategic planning. She is also a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB). She is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in economics at the Federal University, Lokoja, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in banking and financial management.

Felicia began her banking career in 2008 and has built extensive experience across banking operations, transaction processing, compliance monitoring, and customer service management. She spent over 17 years in the operations function of Keystone Bank, where she contributed significantly to transaction management, operational control, compliance processes, and service delivery excellence.
