She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University, and a Master’s degree in Finance from Rome Business School.

Anastacia is also a highly accomplished professional banker with certifications in Credit Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Treasury Management, Business Leadership Development, and related areas of financial services. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) and an Associate Chartered Banker (ACIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Her career spans key roles across reputable financial institutions, where she has built a strong track record in business growth, liability generation, product development, strategic marketing, client portfolio management, and financial performance optimization. Over the years, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving institutional growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening operational and commercial frameworks.

Before her appointment as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Duxbank MFB, Anastacia held senior leadership positions in the microfinance banking sector, where she played pivotal roles in business expansion, strategic planning, brand development, and organizational growth. She has also contributed significantly to governance and management committees, supporting sound financial decision-making and institutional sustainability.
